Henley Hawks Rugby Football Club is based in Henley on Thames and is one of the leading rugby clubs in the Thames Valley. The first team play in Level 4 of the English League System and the club also have teams operating within the Raging Bull League – Division 2 and the Surrey Vets League. The club have a Women’s team and a very healthy Kids First and Junior Section too.
Henley Hawks Rugby Club was founded in August 1930 as Old Henleiensians (old boys of Henley Grammar School). After a break during the war years the club was re-founded in 1954 and changed its name to Henley RFC in 1963. It has been based at Dry Leas since then.
Henley Hawks chose the Axion Lite 44 event tent for a wide variety of uses by the club because of the tents ability to fully branded and withstand the worst of the British weather, being proven to withstand wind gusts of up to 100kph.
The Axion Lite 44 is a 4m x 4m event tent with a visor over the entrance. It takes just minutes to erect or de-rig and pack away and once deflated the tent can be carried by one person and fits easily into the boot of a small hatchback for transport to a new location. This unique event tent can be inflated from a 230V mains supply, a 12 Volt car battery, or a hand pump, any of which can be supplied with the tent. Once inflated the pump can be put away as the air chambers in the Axion Lite are sealed and so do not require a continuously running and noisy fan like so many other inflatables.
We are sole UK suppliers for the Axion range of inflatable event tents which includes 7 different designs providing from 11 to 125 m2 of floor space. Contact us for free and helpful advice for your event structure needs, we would be pleased to hear from you.
