Why High Pressure?
Our new High Pressure Inflatable Event Tents provide a solution for more extreme weather situations, for example: extreme high or low temperatures, strong winds or heavy snow and desert conditions. A high-pressure inflatable tent utilises a woven, non-seamed, inflatable skeleton inflated to 8 bar pressure to provide a more rigid and stronger structure to support the tent. Both the Dacia/Prodrive and Jaguar Land Rover rally teams have purchased our high-pressure inflatable tents for use in the 2026 Dakar Rally.
The Dakar Rally takes place in deserts of Saudi Arabia where strong winds and sandstorms are the norm, but also extreme differences in temperature between night and day. With a conventional inflatable tent, inflated to about 1 atmosphere of pressure, the temperature drop between day and night will cause a tent inflated during the day to sag at night. A high-pressure tent is not affected by the temperature drop and it is much more rigid a structure under high wind, rain or snow loads.

Benefits of a High Pressure Inflatable Tent:
- Can be inflated with high pressure airlines
- Extremely quick to install and take down
- Modular design so can offer larger scale covered areas
- Full branding opportunity with replaceable roof and walls
- Varying options of walls, windows and sun protection
- No deflating due to weather conditions
- No plastic valves which can be damaged
- No internal bladders
- Woven supporting tubes are stronger than on low pressure tents
- Withstands higher wind and snow loading; calculations available
